February IAC General Membership Meeting

Join us for our February Meeting in person at Iglesia Ciudad De Refugio, Inc. or on zoom (details below). 

February is American Heart Health Month. Join Kathy Santucci, Community Liaison for Glen Cove Center for Nursing and Rehab. She will discuss the specialized Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation Program at Glen Cove Center for Nursing and Rehab, as well as share some information on the importance of heart health.

The Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation Program is a medically supervised, tailored program including education and individually directed exercise designed to help patients feel better, increase activity and endurance thereby improving quality of life. Our multidisciplinary team works together to treat patients with a variety of cardiac and pulmonary diagnoses and help them return to their community.
